About Kokapet, Hyderabad

Located about 20 km from the heart of the city, Kokapet is a neighbourhood in the outskirts of Hyderabad. It lies about 5 km away from Nanakramguda Financial District and gives easy access to HITEC City, one of the major IT hubs in the region. Kokapet is a designated Special Economic Zone and the Telangana Government has plans to develop it into an integrated township over the next few years. All these factors have made Kokapet a much sought-after real estate and commercial hotbed, especially for the IT crowd.     "I have never seen a bad hotel like this . Staff non supporting. Room was full of seepage. Basic amenities were not provided like towel , water bottle. They were provided after I asked it for twice. Tv connection was not there fully disconnected and wires coming out of it broken. Landline was not working at all. Couldn't connect to the reception. We need to go to reception physically. I'll never advise anyone to stay there . Such a pathetic condition of this hotel ."

    "I had a terrible experience staying at this property, and I strongly advise others to avoid it. Firstly, the room was completely unhygienic, far from any acceptable standard. To make matters worse, the table in the room was broken, adding to the discomfort. What was even more disappointing was that the room displayed on Booking.com was entirely different from what I got in realityboth the room and the hotel were not as advertised. Despite staying in the room for only 30 minutes before deciding to check out due to the awful conditions, the property still charged me the full amount, showing no understanding or accountability for the misrepresentation and poor experience. This was an extremely disappointing experience, and I wouldn't recommend this property to anyone. False advertising, unhygienic conditions, and zero customer service made this stay unforgettable in the worst way possible."

    "We have booked rooms at Shrishoin Hitech city, Hyderabad. They alloted us room no 101 and 102. In room no 101 there are snake like insects crawling in the washroom, on our request the hotel people changed our room to room no 103, but in that room also the washroom commod flush is not working again we asked them to change the room but they said that there are no rooms available and we have to adjust, we also observed the doors of the room is with fungus.we could not use the washroom and we used the washroom in room number 102 where my in laws are staying. I am enclosing the pics and video of the room and i request you to do the needful."

    "It was Worst hotel in my life. Totally unhygienic environment, unclean bed sheets. Lift wasn't working. No kitchen/ food availability. Everything was in bad shape. When I was doing check-in reception person was very rude guy for everything like, I have asked for breakfast he told it will come from hotel restaurant that is so far from hotel and they brought breakfast from nearby places and that was unhygienic. I asked what the cost of breakfast was, he told 40 rupees. Don't include breakfast while booking this hotel because we don't even have any choice to eat."
