"I recently had a very disappointing experience at Fabhotel Serenity Hyderabad , and I feel compelled to share my story to prevent others from facing a similar situation. I was traveling with my elderly parents, both over 65 and with heart conditions, which made our stay particularly challenging. Prior to our arrival, I communicated with the sales team and booked a room for three people, specifically requesting a larger, spacious room with an additional bed. I was assured that this would be accommodated, and I was charged accordingly. However, upon our arrival late at night, we were shocked to find that the room was only suitable for two people. It was extremely crampedbarely enough space for even one large suitcase. This was unacceptable, especially considering my parents' age and health concerns. After waiting in the lobby for an exhausting 1.5 hours and making numerous calls to customer care, we were finally offered an additional room. However, by then, the situation had already caused significant stress for my parents and me. Ultimately, I decided to check out early the next morning and relocate to another hotel, even though it was far from our intended destination. This experience was not just inconvenient; it was deeply frustrating and concerning for my family's well-being. I sincerely hope that the management takes these issues seriously to avoid putting future guests in such a distressing situation. I cannot recommend based on my experience, and I urge others to consider their options carefully."

"Frequently I stay here but this time I can see their service has deteriorated to a great extent. Bathroom was not clean at all, neither the bed linen and the towels. I had to get them changed. In my 5 nights stay they didn’t come even for once to clean the room or didn’t even ask if we need to get it cleaned. The reception manager is not efficient enough to run the show I believe."

"Room was okay. It was not very clean.. the sheets were old, torn and almost yellow in color . Pillow covers were dirty with oil stains and hair sticking on it . Room had a very musty smell and tables and chairs were very dusty ... Service was not great. In the three days we stayed , housekeeping did not even come once to clean. However, the location is great especially if you have to be near DLF. Room price is also not cheap. We payed around 4k for 2 nights. Considering the price and given quality it was not satisfactory at all. Quite disappointing infact."

"There is a person called Mukesh here who tells that there is early check-in concept that we can't book from app and he will charge 600 rs for that. But that's kind of some backside commission work. He will take that money of room is there. If no room is available, then he will betray you even if you book early. So don't fall in that trap and book through the app only."

"Really well maintained rooms. Great value for money. Place looks exactly like in the pictures, neat and clean. It's not a 5 star place but for it is great for what it is. Only downside I felt was in the location as it can be confusing to find it in the night unless you are familiar with the area. Would recommend as a place to crash for the night!!"

"For the given rate, probably it is a good hotel. But still there are some issues. There were bed bugs. Blankets and pillows should have been changed. Metro station is at about 15 minutes walking distance. Since it is but inside from main road, interior roads are not good and quite surprisingly, there are no street lights. So better to reach hotel little early in evenings. Overall based on budget, one can go for this hotel."

"Better call this as lodge not hotel Lift sensors are not working.. doors will hit you moat dangerous. No room cleaning service.. I stayed for 4 days on our request they have done once. Location is worst.. infront of gate drainage leakage.. road will always be with water flows.. This building is still under construction.. Nobody will stay in reception.. actually that's not a reception it's a table with no waiting chairs... Totally worst I don't know how Fab hotel choose this building"
