The staff was exceptionally courteous and professional, and this extended through all the departments, right from the Front Desk to Housekeeping.

Stayed at FabHotel Lio7 Grand recently and it was an excellent experience. The lady at the front desk was incredibly sweet and made me feel at home right away. The room was spacious, clean, and had all the necessary amenities. Great value for money!

The hotel is beautifully located on the main street. Rooms are super clean and staff is very well behaved. The hotel is absolutely worth staying.

1st day they gave me wifi password, from 1st day night wifi ni not working. I raised a complaint to rwception amd customer servise, not at all reaponded. Next time i wont recommed to any one. No general cleaning, no water bottles, no plates.

The toilet ventilation is not functioning, causing a bad odor to spread throughout the room. Essential toiletries like towels, a dental kit, and shampoo are unavailable. Despite multiple requests, he only provided vague assurances but failed to address the issues. The AC filter is clogged. Out of two lifts, only one is operational, and there is no staircase for emergencies. The basement parking is available but extremely dirty, with beer bottles scattered everywhere.

Worst bed rooms, Its so smelly corridors, dusty sofa and smelly toilets. They don't have kitchen but don't know how they give food. Hotel entrance is full smell of restaurant oils. We give half also i can give you that,

Tied up with OYO but, very poor amenities like providing drinking water, bath towel, soap, shampoo, TV etc.AC 's are not working in many rooms. No room service and no proper response from reception for quarries. I advise don't prefer to stay.
