"There were cockroaches moving around bed wash was worst its like used by staff there was no person on reception its worst booking experience"

"Did stay we two of my friends here Water is a big issue in this hotel, there was no water in bathroom of most of rooms almost for 1.5 days, so we were asked to just switch between different rooms for having a bath. We had privilege of bathing in most of the rooms in the hotel wherever the water was available. Sometimes water will be there but no hot water will be available. Major issue is the hotel staff hardly takes any effort to resolve the issue, they just keep on telling excuses that it is resolved now and water just would not come. Finally the issue was resolved after 1.5 days in one of the rooms and we were asked to use the bathroom in that room. Don't go on photos, its an old hotel with most rooms empty and staff bothers least. When i said that we will give negative reviews, the answer was yes that is good thing since it will help us improve."

"We are not satisfied with the service. They has charged for water bottle and no complimentary breakfast not even provided the wifi. They had taken extra money Rs 1400 for early check-in including room change. There is no proper hotels near for food. Overall I am not happy with service and hotel as well."

"Would have rated four star if not for few small cokroaches running on floor. Hope they address this problem quickly ( HIT gel applied at few corners will take care ) as it spoils the entire experience. Rooms are decent, reception response is quick, location is excellent and safe to travel with family or friends or solo. Few nice eateries around and one right in the ground floor which is good."

"I recently had a very disappointing experience at Fabhotel Serenity Hyderabad , and I feel compelled to share my story to prevent others from facing a similar situation. I was traveling with my elderly parents, both over 65 and with heart conditions, which made our stay particularly challenging. Prior to our arrival, I communicated with the sales team and booked a room for three people, specifically requesting a larger, spacious room with an additional bed. I was assured that this would be accommodated, and I was charged accordingly. However, upon our arrival late at night, we were shocked to find that the room was only suitable for two people. It was extremely crampedbarely enough space for even one large suitcase. This was unacceptable, especially considering my parents' age and health concerns. After waiting in the lobby for an exhausting 1.5 hours and making numerous calls to customer care, we were finally offered an additional room. However, by then, the situation had already caused significant stress for my parents and me. Ultimately, I decided to check out early the next morning and relocate to another hotel, even though it was far from our intended destination. This experience was not just inconvenient; it was deeply frustrating and concerning for my family's well-being. I sincerely hope that the management takes these issues seriously to avoid putting future guests in such a distressing situation. I cannot recommend based on my experience, and I urge others to consider their options carefully."

"*1/5 - Extremely Disappointing Experience* "I recently had the misfortune of staying at G grand and was thoroughly disappointed. The room was dirty, with stained carpets and dust-covered furniture. The bed was uncomfortable, and the bathroom had mold and mildew. The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful, taking ages to respond to requests. The Wi-Fi didn't work. To top it off, I found cockroaches in my room and was charged extra for services I never used. The hotel's management seemed completely uninterested in addressing my concerns. "There is a person called Mukesh here who tells that there is early check-in concept that we can't book from app and he will charge 600 rs for that. But that's kind of some backside commission work. He will take that money of room is there. If no room is available, then he will betray you even if you book early. So don't fall in that trap and book through the app only."

"Really well maintained rooms. Great value for money. Place looks exactly like in the pictures, neat and clean. It's not a 5 star place but for it is great for what it is. Only downside I felt was in the location as it can be confusing to find it in the night unless you are familiar with the area. Would recommend as a place to crash for the night!!"

"Room was okay. It was not very clean.. the sheets were old, torn and almost yellow in color . Pillow covers were dirty with oil stains and hair sticking on it . Room had a very musty smell and tables and chairs were very dusty ... Service was not great. In the three days we stayed , housekeeping did not even come once to clean. However, the location is great especially if you have to be near DLF. Room price is also not cheap. We payed around 4k for 2 nights. Considering the price and given quality it was not satisfactory at all. Quite disappointing infact."

The only thing I would suggest the management to work upon is the choice of buffet you provide. if you could increase the variety that would be lovely & sometimes the AC wouldn't work and rather make some noise but didn't cause a huge nuisance.
