"Did stay we two of my friends here Water is a big issue in this hotel, there was no water in bathroom of most of rooms almost for 1.5 days, so we were asked to just switch between different rooms for having a bath. We had privilege of bathing in most of the rooms in the hotel wherever the water was available. Sometimes water will be there but no hot water will be available. Major issue is the hotel staff hardly takes any effort to resolve the issue, they just keep on telling excuses that it is resolved now and water just would not come. Finally the issue was resolved after 1.5 days in one of the rooms and we were asked to use the bathroom in that room. Don't go on photos, its an old hotel with most rooms empty and staff bothers least. When i said that we will give negative reviews, the answer was yes that is good thing since it will help us improve."

"Rooms were clean. Staff was helpful. Even they helped with getting juice from nearby at night. Will recommend to stay here. Rooms & bathrooms were clean as well. They also came to clean rooms on time. Took care of privacy and security. Had a happy stay."

"We are not satisfied with the service. They has charged for water bottle and no complimentary breakfast not even provided the wifi. They had taken extra money Rs 1400 for early check-in including room change. There is no proper hotels near for food. Overall I am not happy with service and hotel as well."

"Hotel is not maintained properly, beds are very hard and blankets and pillows covers are not cleaned. They don’t have in house restaurant which makes it very difficult to order everything from outside. Today morning breakfast severed was very pathetic, food was not cooked at all. they had got it from outside. Insects inside the room"
