Room service & cleanining wise they were quick and excellent...and a lot of smiling faces around us

There's nothing about this hotel that one will not like. From the staff to the actual rooms everything is excellent.

The staff are helpful. All facilities were excellent too.

Generally the staff is very co-operative & friendly, property is pretty neat & clean, rooms are comfortable. Food also is good.

Not convincing service or rooms..towel, bathroom, no internet and many other issues makes me give them 2....location is great but this place is worst than many oyo for much cheaper price...wouldn't recommend....

I had a terrible experience staying at this property, and I strongly advise others to avoid it. Firstly, the room was completely unhygienic, far from any acceptable standard. To make matters worse, the table in the room was broken, adding to the discomfort. What was even more disappointing was that the room displayed on Booking.com was entirely different from what I got in realityboth the room and the hotel were not as advertised. Despite staying in the room for only 30 minutes before deciding to check out due to the awful conditions, the property still charged me the full amount, showing no understanding or accountability for the misrepresentation and poor experience. This was an extremely disappointing experience, and I wouldn't recommend this property to anyone. False advertising, unhygienic conditions, and zero customer service made this stay unforgettable in the worst way possible.

The experience in the hotel was not at all good. I will never ever recommend this hotel to anyone. The toilets were dirty. The room was dirty. The blanket covers were dirty. I will never go to any of fab hotels

Exhaust fan also not working and washroom was not clean, yellowish stain on whole washroom , and floor is sticky feel like no one washing since long time

It was Worst hotel in my life. Totally unhygienic environment, unclean bed sheets. Lift wasn't working. No kitchen/ food availability. Everything was in bad shape. When I was doing check-in reception person was very rude guy for everything like, I have asked for breakfast he told it will come from hotel restaurant that is so far from hotel and they brought breakfast from nearby places and that was unhygienic. I asked what the cost of breakfast was, he told 40 rupees. Don't include breakfast while booking this hotel because we don't even have any choice to eat.

I recently had a very disappointing experience at Fabhotel Serenity Hyderabad , and I feel compelled to share my story to prevent others from facing a similar situation. I was traveling with my elderly parents, both over 65 and with heart conditions, which made our stay particularly challenging. Prior to our arrival, I communicated with the sales team and booked a room for three people, specifically requesting a larger, spacious room with an additional bed. I was assured that this would be accommodated, and I was charged accordingly. However, upon our arrival late at night, we were shocked to find that the room was only suitable for two people. It was extremely crampedbarely enough space for even one large suitcase. This was unacceptable, especially considering my parents' age and health concerns. After waiting in the lobby for an exhausting 1.5 hours and making numerous calls to customer care, we were finally offered an additional room. However, by then, the situation had already caused significant stress for my parents and me. Ultimately, I decided to check out early the next morning and relocate to another hotel, even though it was far from our intended destination. This experience was not just inconvenient; it was deeply frustrating and concerning for my family's well-being. I sincerely hope that the management takes these issues seriously to avoid putting future guests in such a distressing situation. I cannot recommend based on my experience, and I urge others to consider their options carefully.
