    "I recently had a very disappointing experience at Fabhotel Serenity Hyderabad , and I feel compelled to share my story to prevent others from facing a similar situation. I was traveling with my elderly parents, both over 65 and with heart conditions, which made our stay particularly challenging. Prior to our arrival, I communicated with the sales team and booked a room for three people, specifically requesting a larger, spacious room with an additional bed. I was assured that this would be accommodated, and I was charged accordingly. However, upon our arrival late at night, we were shocked to find that the room was only suitable for two people. It was extremely crampedbarely enough space for even one large suitcase. This was unacceptable, especially considering my parents' age and health concerns. After waiting in the lobby for an exhausting 1.5 hours and making numerous calls to customer care, we were finally offered an additional room. However, by then, the situation had already caused significant stress for my parents and me. Ultimately, I decided to check out early the next morning and relocate to another hotel, even though it was far from our intended destination. This experience was not just inconvenient; it was deeply frustrating and concerning for my family's well-being. I sincerely hope that the management takes these issues seriously to avoid putting future guests in such a distressing situation. I cannot recommend based on my experience, and I urge others to consider their options carefully."

    "My experience in fab hotel at madhapur was terrible as I mentioned earlier to the reception staff that I was not feeling good i was on my periods still he forced me to pay 1300 extra for the stain, still I agreed to pay even after telling 1300 is to much for one two spot of stain and was not happy with the service other then room and food was good byt the staffs behaviour was not acceptable"

Small gestures such as helping with calling a Doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. For example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything."

    "After travelling from chennai to the Hotel, only to find that bed Linens including Pillow covers been laid which were not washed and used for atleast last 10 customers.. the stains and rotten sweaty smell were intolerant. But the staff was courteous to give me another room which also was in same pathetic state and finally ended up in a big room but that bed sheet and covers appeared to have used atleast 4-5 times and i was totally tired and asked for a single clean bed sheet and slept on top of it. So this hotel may be suitable for those who never mind sleeping over and using multiple guest used but unwashed linens and can tolerate those sweaty stained unbearable smells."
