The receptionist is ill-mannered and she will take everything on ego, she does not understand the concept of service and only to share 1 bottle of water every day she will assume she is doing a favour to you. not recommended at all you rather pay somewhere else to a hotel who values their customers and won't make their life miserable.

One of the worst stay. pros. 1. only location. near to us visa application centre cons. 1. water taps were dirty and leaking. dirty washroom doors and the western toilet was shaking. 2. dirty wardrobe. 3. dusty windows and torn mosquito mesh. 4. the tv was not working in 405. i asked them for alternate room and they gave me 205. the tv screen was damaged. when asked for tv replacement, the service boy told there were no other rooms or tvs available. then i spoke to the owner and from no where they got a tv. 5. the washroom door was damaged and if you get locked from inside, then someone has to open it from out with the key. if you are solo traveller, god should help. don't go with the fake google reviews and photos. please see room first and then book it.

I was arriving from chandigarh and i booked the room in the hotel but when i reached hyderabad and called the listed they didn't picked the call so i would suggest it is not reliable and trusted hotel please book at your own risk.

This is a 3 bhk apartment converted to suit/hotel. check-in taken about one hour. not cleaned the room before check in. changed bed sheets after my request. not recommended for comfortable stay.

Very well maintained hotel and rooms. all the staff were very friendly and courteous. we arrived earlier than expected by a few hours and our room was prioritised in terms and we were able to check in early free of charge. this was very helpful and appreciated as we were quite tired after a long flight.
