The staff was exceptionally courteous and professional, and this extended through all the departments, right from the Front Desk to Housekeeping.
Very kind and we'll spoken staff, great hospitality, great service, they serve you exactly what you ask for ... extremely cooperative. Had a wonderful stay .
A pleasant business stay with beautiful and healthy in-room breakfast and freshly baked croissants!
Worst bathrooms, no proper amenities .. the room is always having bad smell... And overall experience was below average.arent genuine too
The old man at the reception does not know how to behave and talk to customers. Very rude behaviour. Not sure what he has learnt in his life till now. The TV also not working. Complaint resolved after 5 hours. There was no electricity for 2 hours (6AM to 8AM) and the management could not solve the issue. No almari to keep luggage. A bit small rooms as compared to the cost.
The photos shown on website is not at all the reality. The bedsheets were not clean, washroom was extremely small and dingy. Even basic amenities like water bottles, etc were also not provided. Rooms were so dirty.
Room is very small . Very uncleaned. Hand wash also not available. All staff is very rude and un responsible. Service very worst. Old man on reception is very rude . And even for drinking water he argued with us.and breakfast also not good.it is very third class hotel . Never book any fab hotel exepesial Aarstu Hotel .
Fraud Hotel..! Worst and Pathetic experience, Overall agenda is to take money out from your pocket. "Don't ever make advance payment". Call gets transferred to reservation and service department in Fab Hotels, Keeps you waiting for hours. self explanatory that so many people are waiting to get their refund. all are puppets of Fab having no answers to customer complaints. Even rooms are charged so higher for no reason, TV not working, landline not working, Cozy rooms. Reception staff is humble enough to make you fool.
The toilet ventilation is not functioning, causing a bad odor to spread throughout the room. Essential toiletries like towels, a dental kit, and shampoo are unavailable. Despite multiple requests, he only provided vague assurances but failed to address the issues. The AC filter is clogged. Out of two lifts, only one is operational, and there is no staircase for emergencies. The basement parking is available but extremely dirty, with beer bottles scattered everywhere.
Worst bed rooms, Its so smelly corridors, dusty sofa and smelly toilets. They don't have kitchen but don't know how they give food. Hotel entrance is full smell of restaurant oils. We give half also i can give you that,
