Excellent service provided by the hotel staff. Especially the staff from 24/7 where we had our lunch & dinner we had excellent food with an excellent service. Me and family really liked the hotel, the rooms were well maintained with comfy beds. Will recommend my friends to stay here if they are visiting here

The cleanliness was extremely poorrooms were not properly maintained, and the bathroom and toilet were in an unhygienic condition. The service was also subpar, with unresponsive staff and a lack of basic hospitality. Overall, this hotel does not meet even the minimum standards of comfort and hygiene. I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience. I initially wanted to rate this a 0/5, but that option was unavailable. I made a full payment through the application, but the hotel manager claimed they did not receive it. After contacting Fab support, I was told the issue would be resolved within 30 minutes, but it took an entire day of constant follow-up. The support team was unresponsive, putting me on hold for extended periods and often disconnecting the call. Eventually, I was told they hadn't received the payment, and when I provided proof of payment from my bank, the representative became rude and told me to leave in the middle of the night. Furthermore, the TV in the room was broken, the room was not cleaned, and the staff refused to address any issues, citing that they could not do anything. The service and staff behavior were appalling. I strongly advise against staying at this property

Don't put fake photos in Google or anywhere, in my life again m not going book fabhotels, dirty bedsheets,dirty pillows, no light, no neatness, he'll fab hotels, no service boy, what nonsense hotels are these, I made a mistake by booking hotel, no tv running, fab hotels r worst worst worst, my worst decision.
