I was really happy with the hotel room. It was one of my best hotel room which I have stayed.

i loved the overall stay with the ambience , the food, the room comfort.

The room was always absolutely clean, and the housekeeping staff was always smiling and always kind when coming to my room. Staff at the reception was kind and really helpful. They were able to solve all our problems, from ordering a pizza until booking airplane tickets. The hotel also offer a good service in its travel desk.

I was late for dinner, so could not dine in. Lift operation is not as per standards.

The room was okay for the money we gave... Cleanliness can be improved.. They will charge 500 for early checkin. Wifi is there, for hot water geyser is there. Staffs are good
