It's a great hotel in Gachibowli area. If you are visiting to US Consulate Hyderabad, Q-City or any corporate near Nanakramguda area this hotel is very nearby. The hotel is clean. They dont serve food, but there are plenty of street food, small food joints, restaurants nearby open even till 11PM. The staff is very help, calm and courteous. Dont expect any fancy facilities, its a budget hotel. There is some place available for two to three car parking.

Good location and clean rooms close to malls and metro. Plenty of places near by to enjoy a meal and walkable to other places. Would be returning again soon.

The staff was exceptionally courteous and professional, and this extended through all the departments, right from the Front Desk to Housekeeping.

it’s a room and hot water that’s about it. Wifi was sketchy, and down one day, classic reaction given of the technical support is working on it. I think places miss the point of it should not have issues to start with at all. Staff are inconsiderate which kind of added icing on the cake. Location is okay, it’s a bit out of town which is a nice change and is easy to get to and from the airport. Probably the kind of place you would spend a night in or maybe two, but definitely would get annoying for a longer period. If I was a traveller I wouldn’t stay here regardless of the reviews. Service quality needs to markedly improve.

Staff was not responding properly and amenities were below average

It's a worst experience of mine. I had checked in at 1 am due train delay. Receptionist simply given keys after routine formality. The door was not opened properly. After entering the room, we have search for light switch. After that be careful for bath. Water in bathroom coming with mild electric shock. About the bed , cot was ok. But mattress was worst. I think they purchased economy spring beds years long ego. I have suffered 3 days with back pain due to the worst spring bed. Bed sheet was dirty. No cleaning after guest check out.
