The room was always absolutely clean, and the housekeeping staff was always smiling and always kind when coming to my room. Staff at the reception was kind and really helpful. They were able to solve all our problems, from ordering a pizza until booking airplane tickets. The hotel also offer a good service in its travel desk.
Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
The staff were very attentive and kind particularly in the restaurant.
Lift is not working. The metals have rusted in places.. room didn't have a lock but was safe. Walls were stained by previous visitors was not cleaned. AC was broken.
room was very small,they dont provide water u have to buy..there was no bathroom freshner,u cant open the windows as a foul smell always comes from outside..

The food was too dirty, the air conditioning of the room was not working, the bathroom shower flush was bad and the behaviour of the hotel staff was extremely bad.
Worst experience with Fabhotel booking got stucked and trusted apperance but after checking in to hotel realized it's not good. Here are the key points describing our disappointing hotel experience:( compromise hygiene, location, food, charges) Poor Service 1. Disorganized and unresponsive staff 2. Delayed room service and unhelpful front desk staff 3. Lack of concern for customer satisfaction Uncomfortable Rooms 1. Uncomfortable beds with lumpy mattresses or worn-out pillows 2. Poor room cleanliness 3. Subpar room maintenance Lack of Compromise 1. Management unwilling to make concessions or apologies 2. No effort to resolve issues or improve customer experience Overall Experience 1. Disappointing stay due to poor service and uncomfortable rooms 2. Would not recommend the hotel to others 3. Alternative options should be considered until hotel addresses issues
Pathetic experience, rude staff behaviour at reception, even though complementary breakfast was included they were not ready to give breakfast to kids (3 yrs and 8 yrs old); ridiculous. The restaurant was under construction. They were charging additional for early check in, but can't provide even light breakfast little before their breakfast time (8:30 am). They even didn't arrange milk for younger kid, inspite of telling them that kid is used to have milk (at least) by 7:30 am., they had agreed on previous evening, but completely denied in the morning. I am not going back there again. Since, its right on the main road, you will hear traffic noise in the room.
Worst stay ever. The property owner doesn’t respect girls. It seems that tgey have never run a hotel. My friend cane to visit me for half an hour but he didn’t allowed her. In this cold weather there is no hot water. And there is no proper breakfast facility. When i booked, it was mentioned that breakfast will be available but there is no tea or coffee in breakfast. They buy the parathas from local street and serving to the guest. Fabhotel should compensate for this
