Not facing any issues, all over all great experience!

Very neat and clean rooms. Friendly services, very good response from reception desk. Located at very strategic location. The food of restaurent is very very good.

The room was always absolutely clean, and the housekeeping staff was always smiling and always kind when coming to my room. Staff at the reception was kind and really helpful. They were able to solve all our problems, from ordering a pizza until booking airplane tickets. The hotel also offer a good service in its travel desk.

Overall a nice and clean hotel which is actually part of a gurudwara complex. The location is 5 km from the busy parts of city but next to a stream of Ganga and almost a private ghat. Does not have proper kitchen in the regular sense but staff is helpful and tries to do its best

No doubt the place was located near the flowing ganga. But the rooms we expected was too small as for double deluxe. We booked two rooms and the amenities that they provided were not up to the mark. Foul smelling bathrooms and room as well. Free wifi was also there while booking, but no connection only. Then the tv was not working. Very much congested rooms for three people.

Not at all three star facility, no lift, no room service, issues in fan and lights, cleanliness needs to be improved, water bottle and all toiletries were not there, location is inside very small lanes and not easily identifiable, deliver breakfast very late and options are very limited. No good staff for service.

Hopeless service from Fabhotels where initially I booked one hotel and without my concent they changed the hotel. I had hover around my family from one place to another. THINK BEFORE YOU USE FABHOTELS SERVICE TWICE

The hotel is actually inside a gurudwara. So it's not like a hotel, however some portion of gurudwara is acquired by fab hotels. There is no availability of room service or food availability, not even easy to locate and adjacent to sati ghat. Hence, I would not recommend this property.

Worst service of fab hotels. I had booked 11 rooms through Fab Hotels 2 months ago and had made advance payment and they had also sent the confirmation, but at the time of check-in the hotel manager refused to give the room. Fab hotels person again shifted to guest to another hotel & again the property owner said that i can give you 7 rooms only. There is no responsible person available from Fab Hotels. All the guests were very upset. Please do not avail any services from Fab Hotels. This agency is fraud. they make fake commitments.

This hotel staff is pathetic, these people cancel your online booking when you reach there (as soon as you tell your name) just to charge you more. Better don’t book it else you will regret afterwards. I don’t want to abuse them here else……..
