    "Worst service of fab hotels. I had booked 11 rooms through Fab Hotels 2 months ago and had made advance payment and they had also sent the confirmation, but at the time of check-in the hotel manager refused to give the room. Fab hotels person again shifted to guest to another hotel & again the property owner said that i can give you 7 rooms only. There is no responsible person available from Fab Hotels. All the guests were very upset. Please do not avail any services from Fab Hotels. This agency is fraud. they make fake commitments."

    "Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. Small gestures such as helping with calling a Doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. For example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything."
