    "The staff executives were very rude and the receptionist did not behave professionally. Also, the rooms were not at all up to the mark and needs a lot of maintenance. The bathroom door did not have a lock, the rooms were dark and damp and smells pathetic then a government hospital. I would never refer any of my friends or family for this property."

    "Horrible and worst hotel experience ever, I wanted to give zero stars. I had great hopes thinking that it's a fabhotel. But right when we reached its location and surroundings were the worst. One may not feel safe to step out after sunset. It's not a separate hotel building just a part of the building is a hotel (unlike what appears in the photo, there are other shops in the complex). Then comes the rooms which are NOT as big as they appear in the photo (photo is totally misguiding in terms of size as well as cleanliness). The rooms are very, very small. Inside the room there were big cockroaches running around at night. We had to call the reception for that and their response was 'ohh' then they came and killed and removed them. They sprayed some chemical and said now cockroaches won't be there. The room started smelling so bad, and again we found more cockroaches inside, just felt hopeless. Their linen was not clean as well (the bed sheet and towel had big brown stains). We had to ask for two towels as there were two people, we had to ask for water, glasses, and toiletries. They said they don't provide body wash or shampoo in the bathroom. There were no hangers in the bathroom to even hang towels while bathing. The shower was faulty, one had to literally stand real close to the tap to be able to bathe in the shower, once the showerhead fell by itself. Additionally the AC was so noisy like a small generator throughout the night. Even after facing so many back to back problems we tried to resolve the issue but the people had no sense of hospitality at all and were very indifferent. Looked like they are not interested in providing any service at all. Finally, even though we had already paid online for two more days, we decided to leave and stay in some other hotel. The last nail in the coffin was when they said they can't check us out as the system is not allowing us to checkout as the booking was for three days. We were so frustrated, we didn't want to try their breakfast which was included in our stay and when we just left the place, we felt so good. Not going to this hotel again and would NOT book a FABHOTEL in future."

    "Room was small and dark at night. No service. Not even a electric kettle in the room. In house restaurant brought 2 cups of milk tea when we specifically asked for 2 raw teas. Also, this fab hotel was not my choucey, suddenly it got allocated on the booking day morning"

    "This is the first time in my life that after booking a hotel with paid online i had to pay extra money to the property. How do you feel when you reached the hotel after booking a day in advance and paying the whole amount online and the property manager said that they have no room available? it was 9PM I guess.. After so much of argument, they told me that I had booked a hotel for less than the rent of their hotel, and therefore I had to pay another Rs. 1000 extra to get a room.. Where else can I look for a hotel at 9 pm?? So I had to pay the extra amount. even after booking the hotel with breakfast I had to pay the amount of breakfast that I had.."

    "Food was excellent and their managers in restaurant were very helpful. Due to fast, my wife wanted some different fruits , which were not on table. Same was provided promptly without Any extra charge. Good variety of breads were available for vegetarians also, which was helpful as some of our family members are strictly vegetarian"

They were able to solve all our problems, from ordering a pizza until booking airplane tickets. The hotel also offer a good service in its travel desk."
