I recently had the pleasure of staying at Anurag Residency in Guwahati, and I must say it was an excellent experience! The hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to explore the city’s attractions. The rooms were spacious, clean, and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. I especially loved the attention to detail in the decor, which gave the place a warm and welcoming vibe. The staff were incredibly polite and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. The service was prompt and efficient, making the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, Anurag Residencyis a fantastic choice for anyone visiting Guwahati, whether for business or leisure. It offers great value for money and a memorable experience. I’ll definitely be coming back on my next visit!

I recently stayed at the Hotel in Guwahati with my family and I must say, it was absolutely a great experience. The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The rooms were clean, spacious enough, and very well-maintained. The staff were incredibly courteous, attentive, and went out of their way to ensure my comfort, specially the manager Mr. Rabha was so kind and a gentleman. The location of the hotel is also perfect. Overall was a great hotel to be in, must do visit.

Fantastic stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-located. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. The amenities were top-notch, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety. Highly recommend for a relaxing and enjoyable visit!

It was a normal room. No water heater working. After complaint about geyser to the rooms service person another room key received and asked to only use for bathing where inside that new room only geyser works all other lights fans everything shuts down at all times. It was a overall not good for family stay.

The staff behavior was disappointing. Despite checking out at 2:00 PM, I was charged an extra 50%. Room service was extremely slow, taking too long to deliver orders. Even for complimentary water, I had to call three times—twice to room service and once to reception. The room condition was poor, with hygiene levels at their worst. Washroom amenities were not properly provided, and there was a water logging issue in the bathroom. Although opting for a room with breakfast makes it ₹300-₹400 more expensive, the quality was extremely disappointing. Instead of a proper meal, they only provided bread and jam. The overall experience was highly unsatisfactory.

The hotel staff is very rude . They woke me up in middle of day just to change room. Something like 8 guys will come to your door and ask you to leave abd will come to you for fighting because they did not maintain fab booking information or my hotel stay. Hotel located very far .i had to book another one . Useless hotel please avoid . Whoever says this hotel is good must be hotel staff. Avoid avoid avoid.

Horrible place....no restaurant, no reception desk, no kitchen, no room service, built in a very dirty surrounding. Never choose this

I have booked 13 rooms in their hotel in 2024 August. Until our vehicle reach their property they havent even informed us that the vehicle will not go till the hotel as the road work is going on. From that moment onwards we started facing the worst part of their management without any help offering 26 ladies to walk through the mud to reach their hotel. And their rooms smelled smoke and weed and not at all all fresh as their staff were using the rooms. 20 of us checked out the place that moment itself and the rest stayed as they dont have any option. Then came their Dinner menu, very costly and not worth a penny. I strongly suggest not to book this place and not to make a fool of your self and your money
