Room are very clean and all services very good,

The room was always absolutely clean, and the housekeeping staff was always smiling and always kind when coming to my room. Staff at the reception was kind and really helpful. They were able to solve all our problems, from ordering a pizza until booking airplane tickets. The hotel also offer a good service in its travel desk.

Smelling very bad, it looks like an old building and rooms are not as per photos

The staff executives were very rude and the receptionist did not behave professionally. Also, the rooms were not at all up to the mark and needs a lot of maintenance. The bathroom door did not have a lock, the rooms were dark and damp and smells pathetic then a government hospital. I would never refer any of my friends or family for this property.

Worst experience of staying in this hotel, I have never stayed in a hotel like this in my entire life. Everything is worst. The room was extremely dirty than govt hospital. Just imagine. Staying in footpath is better than this place.

This is the first time in my life that after booking a hotel with paid online i had to pay extra money to the property. How do you feel when you reached the hotel after booking a day in advance and paying the whole amount online and the property manager said that they have no room available? it was 9PM I guess.. After so much of argument, they told me that I had booked a hotel for less than the rent of their hotel, and therefore I had to pay another Rs. 1000 extra to get a room.. Where else can I look for a hotel at 9 pm?? So I had to pay the extra amount. even after booking the hotel with breakfast I had to pay the amount of breakfast that I had..

3rd class management. All people are making fool the guest. No service for the good people. All are busy for OYO booking. Even familiar people get fooled by them after made booking through payment. No bills are available. Totally disappointed. Suggest not to book there.
