    "Room was small and dark at night. No service. Not even a electric kettle in the room. In house restaurant brought 2 cups of milk tea when we specifically asked for 2 raw teas. Also, this fab hotel was not my choucey, suddenly it got allocated on the booking day morning"

Same was provided promptly without Any extra charge. Good variety of breads were available for vegetarians also, which was helpful as some of our family members are strictly vegetarian"

They were able to solve all our problems, from ordering a pizza until booking airplane tickets. The hotel also offer a good service in its travel desk."

    "The most horrible hotel we have ever stayed. No food, no lift and even charged for my child (me, my wife and my son). Not given any receipt for my extra payment. We had a single queen bed. All false informations are being displayed on the web page. Never ever opt for this hotel."
