One of my favorite stays outside my hometown was definitely this one. The food service was very fast, and the hospitality from all the staff was excellent. The room was excellent, especially considering the price range. The rooms are very clean, and it's excellent value for money. For those planning to stay here, a small tip: if you're searching for the location on Google Maps, try searching for 'Hotel Hi City Inn' - it's the same building. Overall, if you're looking for a budget-friendly hotel in Guwahati, I highly recommend booking this one without hesitation.
I recently had the pleasure of staying at Anurag Residency in Guwahati, and I must say it was an excellent experience! The hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to explore the city’s attractions. The rooms were spacious, clean, and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. I especially loved the attention to detail in the decor, which gave the place a warm and welcoming vibe. The staff were incredibly polite and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. The service was prompt and efficient, making the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, Anurag Residencyis a fantastic choice for anyone visiting Guwahati, whether for business or leisure. It offers great value for money and a memorable experience. I’ll definitely be coming back on my next visit!
Bathroom was a mess. The hangers were broken. The geyser was not working. The bedsheets were stained and had smail hairs on it and even the replacement bedsheet was also in the same condition. The only plus point is that it is very near to the airport.
It was a normal room. No water heater working. After complaint about geyser to the rooms service person another room key received and asked to only use for bathing where inside that new room only geyser works all other lights fans everything shuts down at all times. It was a overall not good for family stay.
We did online booking only after seeing pictures of the hotel room online. But actually the room was very dirty, washroom was not clean at all. Bedsheets dirty, blanket dirty.. after argument they just gave bedsheet we arranged it, and gave new blanket cover... Only good thing is the location and broken ac working.otherwise all worse experience.
The bathroom is very small and it was in very bad condition. The geyser was not working. The hangers were broken. The room had cockroaches. The bedsheets were stained and had hair in it. Even the replacement bedsheets were also very bad and smelly.
Horrible place....no restaurant, no reception desk, no kitchen, no room service, built in a very dirty surrounding. Never choose this
The hotel staff is very rude . They woke me up in middle of day just to change room. Something like 8 guys will come to your door and ask you to leave abd will come to you for fighting because they did not maintain fab booking information or my hotel stay. Hotel located very far .i had to book another one . Useless hotel please avoid . Whoever says this hotel is good must be hotel staff. Avoid avoid avoid.
Except for the location everything else is crap No hot water Toilet flush don't work The room smells of old wood Not worth even half the money Btw if u complain the toilet flush doesn't work they expect u to start the pump and get the flushing water filled in the overhead tanks. If u r ready for such a behavior then u shud be definitely booking in this hotel
Dont stay in this hotel, its just like OYO
