Did not change the bed sheet even after repeated requests

*Warning: Avoid These Rooms and Hotel !* I'm extremely disappointed with the rooms I stayed in. The conditions were unhygienic and unacceptable. Here are some of the issues I encountered: - *Cockroach Infestation*: The room was infested with cockroaches, which is a serious concern for health and safety. - *Dirty Flooring*: The floors were dirty and not properly cleaned. - *Unchanged Bed Sheets*: The bed sheets hadn't been changed after the previous guest, which is a basic hygiene standard that should be followed. - *Shower Issues*: The shower water didn't drain properly, making it difficult to use. Due to these issues, I would not recommend staying in these rooms to anyone. The lack of cleanliness and maintenance is disappointing and raises serious concerns about the hotel's standards. *Recommendation:* Avoid staying in these rooms and consider other options. Hopefully, the hotel will address these issues to provide a better experience for future guests.

Disappointed and Not Worth the Price I recently stayed at this property, and it was a highly disappointing experience. The staff was completely unprofessional. It felt like the bare minimum effort was put into maintaining the property. The hygiene standards were appalling. The floor was dirty, and the bedspreads and comforters were untidy, making the stay uncomfortable. Breakfast was also disappointing, with only one dish on offer, which is unacceptable for the price charged. Basic amenities were lacking, there were no toiletries provided and the bathroom lacked even a simple provision to hang or keep the clothes. There was ongoing construction work in the building. Overall, this stay was a complete letdown. For the price they charge, this place is simply not worth it. I wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone.

Very bad experience, do not spoil your vacation by staying in this hotel. Recently i booked 16 rooms in this property and the experience was so horrible. I faced large no. Of difficulties in this hotel, like- 1. They can't provide room keys on time , my guests were standing and waiting for their rooms to open. 2. They did not stand on their word of triple sharing in all the rooms. 3. Food was finished before everybody had eaten. 4. They will overcharge you by saying your guests are more in numbers than expected and water bottles too. 5. There was nobody to handle your luggage. And most important thing their behaviour was so rude, they will fight if they have to and will lie on most of the things. So take everything in writing what they have promised or they will backout on their word.

This would be Worst hotel in Gurgaon. It doesnt deserve 1 star. If there is - star rating they would standout a - 5 its so horrible. No cleaness. WORST PART IS WHEN I WAS IN TOILET THE WATER STOPPED IN ALL TAPS, HAD TO CALL MULTIPLE TIMES TO GET WATER - THIS IS THE HORRIBLE. ROOMS AND OUTSIDE THE ROOM IN CORRIDOR SMELLY. SEE THE PIC OUtSIDE THE ROOM, ITS A DUSTBIN. WI-FI DOESNT WORK. ASKED FOR WATER AND AFTER MULTIPLE CALLS THEY PROVIDED AFTER 2 HOURS. WATER LEAKAGE IN BATROOM WHICH THEY NEVER FIXED EVEN AFTER MAKING COMPLAINT. FLOOR MAT WAS DIRTY AND DIDN'T CHANGE FOR THE WHOLE STAY EVEN AFTER MAKING THE COMPLAINT. TOILETRIES WERE PROVIDED AND NEVER PROVIDED EVEN AFTER REPETEDALY ASKING - NOT EVEN AN HAND WASH.

⚠️ FRAUD ALERT – DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL ⚠️ This place is a total scam. They do not honor online bookings, even after confirmation and payment. When we arrived, the front desk staff, especially Sushil Yadav, was extremely unprofessional and suspicious. He outright denied our booking and behaved in a creepy and aggressive manner. It felt like something criminal was going on behind the scenes. No hospitality, no help — just lies and shady behavior. Avoid this hotel at all costs. Report and spread the word so no one else falls victim.

Hotel is located in the good location but completely unprofessional approach of hotel operation. Hardly 2 - 3 boys running hotel, rooms and bathrooms are not maintained. Linen on the bed are badly smelled and dirty, not meeting fab hotel standard. No food and pantry available. During the night hours, unmarried couples comes for night stay and go early morning. No decorum maintained in hotel. Not recommend until unless you don't find any other hotel nearby, otherwise should be avoided.

Worst experience with FabHotel (FabHotel Sphire83). Room was in horrible condition – broken bed, dirty floor, hair everywhere, very bad smell and extremely unhygienic washroom. The whole place was completely unhygienic and not maintained at all. Within a short time I had to check out because it was impossible to stay in such a dirty environment. Totally waste of money. FabHotels should seriously improve their standards, otherwise customers like me will never come back.

The hotel is not managed by professional staff. The staff is not well coordinated. Rooms are not ready even when you check in at 4PM. You have to wait for 30-40 minutes watching scrubber doing cleaning and leaving smell of liquid used. Hospitality is extremely poor. They take 40-50 minutes to serve to coffee. If you are doing advance booking with your specific requirement. The hotel staff is not concerned with what agreed and gives you room as per their convenience
