I stayed here for 12 days, the service is really good. Vipul and Lalith were polite and helpful. The room I got was also pretty good. It's a value for money stay.

Supply of Water, Bed comfort were not upto the standard. Overall things and procedures are required to be inspected at a regular basis

Worst experience with FabHotel (FabHotel Sphire83). Room was in horrible condition – broken bed, dirty floor, hair everywhere, very bad smell and extremely unhygienic washroom. The whole place was completely unhygienic and not maintained at all. Within a short time I had to check out because it was impossible to stay in such a dirty environment. Totally waste of money. FabHotels should seriously improve their standards, otherwise customers like me will never come back.
