1. On positive side - Room was good. - Drawing room attached. 2. What can be bettered - Morning tea and geyser can be provided before 8, which is not being done. - Basic cosmetics can be served like toothpaste, shaving kit etc. Thanks

Rooms doors maintenance required

Stayed 2 nights for work and paid Rs 2689. Clean-ish room (beds and pillow were fine - walls, floors and bathrooms could have been better). The place is quiet so that's a plus. Kitchen opens after 8 and breakfast is served to the room (complimentary or paid). My phone in the room didn't work and wasn't replaced after complaints, so I didn't eat here. Service was minimal - had to ask for towels, water etc and then it would be brought promptly. There isn't a kettle or chair in the room, so the room is also minimal. Behind Medanta Medicity, so works if you come to the hospital - my worksite was 9 km away and getting an auto/cab to and from wasn't easy. At the price point, it's value but skip it if you want anything more than a bed and bathroom.

hotel is located inside Sapphire 83 mall. and has alot of shops and restaurants around. even a movie theater. about the rooms they are avarage. some basic amenities were missing from the washroom. very limited breakfast options. but tasty.

Room was not as shown in picture. There is no desk , there is no board or holding to recognise the building. Room was not properly maintained and no telephone available to connect reception and no bath towel and accessories provided. Not even dustbin was there. Water is also not there chargeable for the duplicate water with 30rs. worst experience with fab hotels

Worst experience I ever had in this hotel was an uncomfortable bed dirty bedsheet broken switch i never imagine after investing such amount I received such kind of service

I stayed there for 3 days because I made advance payment otherwise I would have left. I came out of hotel with swelling all over my both arms and some part of my back due to poisnous mosquitos in the room. The room was not clean and they dont change bedsheets regulary. Please avoid this one on your next visit

Pathetic room service , and also very bad quality breakfast food , pillow and bed also not good at all no comfort at all in the room

I asked for towel but they said only 1 towel is allowed for 1 room 1 towel is for 2 person very bad service
