A beautiful hotel, very helpful and courteous staff. The breakfast was very good. Clean and comfortable rooms. The sleep quality in the room was very good. Modern bathroom facilities. Overall it was a very good experience.

Hotel + staff were amazing. Staff were very helpful. Beds were extremely comfortable, as was the bath.

Breakfast/room/cleanliness - nice place to relax after facing the heat. Given that India is not a country you can walk around easily after a day tour, this hotel is recommended to spend a rest of the day!

Very well maintained hotel and rooms. All the staff were very friendly and courteous. We arrived earlier than expected by a few hours and our room was prioritised in terms and we were able to check in early free of charge. This was very helpful and appreciated as we were quite tired after a long flight.

The stay was average. The beds sink in and can give a back ache. The room does not have a kettle and the rooms look run down.

I booked through Agoda and it showed that I didn’t need to pay previously, but they requested me to pay a quarter of the booking in order to confirm booking otherwise they’ll sell my room to others. Also, I wanted to pay by international credit card but the machine didn’t work and needed pay by UPI. The room was fine but linens were not much clean.

Very bad experience, do not spoil your vacation by staying in this hotel. Recently i booked 16 rooms in this property and the experience was so horrible. I faced large no. Of difficulties in this hotel, like- 1. They can't provide room keys on time , my guests were standing and waiting for their rooms to open. 2. They did not stand on their word of triple sharing in all the rooms. 3. Food was finished before everybody had eaten. 4. They will overcharge you by saying your guests are more in numbers than expected and water bottles too. 5. There was nobody to handle your luggage. And most important thing their behaviour was so rude, they will fight if they have to and will lie on most of the things. So take everything in writing what they have promised or they will backout on their word.

I recently stayed here. Everything is good but they have not removed the polythene covers from mattress. How can you sleep on the mattress with covers.

Toiletries not provided. Matress and bedsheets were not washed and has bad odour. Room slippers not provided. Towels were not washed and haa bad smell in it. Complimentary water was not provided. It was not at all worth of money for 1 night.

Here are the specific problems I encountered during my stay on 28th Dec: 1. **Lights not working** in the room. 2. **TV not functioning**, leaving me without entertainment. 3. **Main door lock malfunctioning**, compromising my safety. 4. **Doorbell not working**, causing inconvenience. 5. **No boiler available**, which was unexpected and inconvenient. 6. **Small bed size**, leading to discomfort. 7. **Housekeeping team’s bad behavior**, which was unprofessional and unacceptable. 8. **Blinking light**, which constantly flickers and causes disturbance. 9. **Presence of big mosquitoes and Cockroach** in the room, making the stay unbearable. 10. **Broken balcony door lock**, further compromising security.
