Its been very nice, clean, very big and comfortable room.Breakfast was very tasty and good

The hotel was fine except there were spots on the linen and quilt.

The ambience of the hotel was fantastic. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful.

NO BREAKFAST was provided or timings shared for breakfast.

No lift was there in the hotel, No complimentary water bottles provided. Water bottle charged with 40rs. No complimentary toiletries. Leaking tap and jet spray (also with very less Water pressure ). Photos of room that was in FabHotel portal and actual room and toilet is very different. I have experiencing Bad service From FabHotel from last 3 booking & will have to move on now.

There were multiple reasons no towels provided on first day no water in washroom then heater not working no cleanliness packet of condom found on bed after request for change of bedsheet he changed wet blanket cover only wifi was working properly

Room and washroom condition was bad . Taps were in bad condition , shower not working , bucket was broken , jet was not working . Room was shady with not enough light . Telephone not working . Service was very slow and not up to mark.

1. No kettle in the room and the hot water dispenser was available only at the ground floor. 2. No towel hanger in the bathroom(seriously). 3. No hangers available any where in the room. 4. Water bubble(can) was so dirty not how hygenic the drinking water was

Bedsheet is used and dirty. Smelling bad pathatic experience.dont come on seeing photos they fool you,

The staff is highly untrained and unprofessional. They dont know how to interact with the guest .The room was average and the water heater for my room was not working and the manager suggested to use the washroom of a room that was just emptied, when I rejected the idea of using a dirty washroom he then said to give me a hot water in a bucket. Would highly discourage people to stay in this property even if it is your last option. Staying here was nothing less than a nightmare.
