Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. Small gestures such as helping with calling a Doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. For example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything.

Key points i like the most 1)I found this place on make my trip and booked from Mumbai. 2)less than 5 minute from highway. 3)there is food market which is just 1minute away from this place. 4) owner is very polite. He arrange everything you want. 5) daily cleaning 6) well maintained by owner and staff. 7)i will suggest paratha they have nice taste. 8) hygienic conditions. 9) value for money ✌️ 10) 10/10

1. On positive side - Room was good. - Drawing room attached. 2. What can be bettered - Morning tea and geyser can be provided before 8, which is not being done. - Basic cosmetics can be served like toothpaste, shaving kit etc. Thanks

hotel is located inside Sapphire 83 mall. and has alot of shops and restaurants around. even a movie theater. about the rooms they are avarage. some basic amenities were missing from the washroom. very limited breakfast options. but tasty.

Pathetic room service , and also very bad quality breakfast food , pillow and bed also not good at all no comfort at all in the room

Terrible hotel, geyser was not installed in the room, staff refused to serve breakfast even though I had booked breakfast included. TV was not working. Worst of all, the sheets were dirty. The bathroom and room floor were dirty. One of the worst hotels I have stayed in my entire life.

My refund is stuck since last 3 days. I have to check in with my family due to outage in electricity. However our bad luck is just after the 5 minutes of the check in we got a news from our society that electricity is restored. So I requested owner to kindly refund me partial amount as I am not going to use the room and left the hotel within 10 minutes. It’s been 3 days still there hasn’t been any response or refund status came from the owner or manager.

I had booked the room for my grand parents. And the staff is so unprofessional they are not providing the solution for the problem rather than arguing on the problem. Very bad hotel useless nearby there are other properties which are far better than them. But I trusted the name of Fab hotels but they are useless. Never avail there service .

Room was not clean, no toiletries, I've opted for room with breakfast and was denied by the hotel. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.
