1 AverageThe staff is highly untrained and unprofessional. they dont know how to interact with the guest .the room was average and the water heater for my room was not working and the manager suggested to use the washroom of a room that was just emptied, when i rejected the idea of using a dirty washroom he then said to give me a hot water in a bucket. would highly discourage people to stay in this property even if it is your last option. staying here was nothing less than a nightmare.Dakshat Sharma, 8 Jan

5 FabulousGreat location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. all of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. we travelled with two six year olds and lots of luggage and despite the stairs up to the elevator this was one of the nicest places we stayed in gurgaon. thanks team soft petal for making our visit to florence that much better.Aakash Chaudhary, 26 Jul

1 AverageThe experience was not good. the elevator was turned off at night. there was voltage fluctuation in my room due to which ac was not working properly, staff refused to turn on the generator even after requesting several times. i called up fabhotel customer care, they said since it is offline booking they cannot do anything about it.Shankha Chaudhuri, 1 Jun

5 FabulousThe staff was helpful and courteous .easy check in.enough parking space. nice view from some of the higher rooms.free wifi and internet. the hotel is tastefully designed for comfortable and affordable stay . value for money. breakfast and lunch buffet provides variety of food, which is better than ordering from a menu.Palak Patel, 4 Nov
