Excellent service provided by the hotel staff. especially the staff from 24/7 where we had our lunch & dinner we had excellent food with an excellent service. me and family really liked the hotel, the rooms were well maintained with comfy beds. will recommend my friends to stay here if they are visiting jaipur.

Very friendly staff, proactive and helpfull. i am talking here about all the staff i interacted with: reception desk, restaurant, romm service. the informations receied were always correct and i felt safe. the room was comfortable and clean. great value for the money.

The hotel is value for money, but room walls and lenin are stained (no where near spotless as claimed by fabhotels), plus there is a clear reluctance in changing the linen. they make excuses like laundry not available, housekeeping not available, etc.

The staff was very nice and they were very polite..... the room was awesome neat and clean.....every facility was there like at home. i must say everyone please go there....its really nice location and easy to reach. and its in under reasonable price.
