"Review: FabHotel Altus, Gurgaon My stay at FabHotel Altus was a complete disappointment. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that this hotel was far below par. There was no visible signage indicating the hotel's location, making it difficult to find. Once inside, the rooms were in a deplorable state. The furnishings were worn and outdated, and the cleanliness was questionable. The bathroom was particularly disgusting, with mold and mildew visible in various places. To top it off, the food was also subpar. The quality and taste were both disappointing, and the service was slow and inattentive. I would strongly advise anyone considering staying at FabHotel Altus to think twice. This hotel is simply not worth the money or the hassle."

"Very bad hotel. With the worst service. Water clogging in the bathroom , that took 45 mins of our morning time to fix by the staff . They opened another room for us to use the bathroom, no hot water was there for 30 mins. The chair in the room was broken, which they didn't change even after asking for it. Very rude behaviour by receptionist. Seepage in room. Hot water for bath not easily available. Very lethargic staff. AC was in bad condition, very low cooling from ac. Had the worst experience of life staying here. Pls think twice before booking this hotel. Very pathetic."

"It's a decent place but they only cleaned 2 days out of the 8 days I stayed. I was in the room for 6 days during daytime but still no cleaning; don't know why. Location is good if you have to be near DLF Cyber City or Cyber Park. All these DLF buildings are 5mins away."

"I had an awful experience at FabHotel Altus. The first room was in terrible condition—tiny bathroom, slow shower, and a bad odor. After multiple requests, we were moved to another room with mold on the walls and smelly pillows. We left the hotel within an hour because the hygiene and maintenance were unacceptable. Customer support was unhelpful, and I was denied a refund. I do not recommend staying here."

"I have frequently stayed at this establishment. If you are visiting Cyber Hub, this is the most suitable budget hotel in the immediate area. Otherwise, DLF is prohibitively expensive. The rooms are acceptable for stays of two to three days. I ordered tea and Maggi, which were satisfactory. The pricing and location make it the most suitable option."

"I am going to write good negative review on google as well. This hotel appears nice from outside but very poor inside. This is my second stay here. Assuming first time I was put up in a basement with moving glass door. Unsafe. This time I tried first floor. The bathroom fixtures are old, the staff behaviour is rude. Bloody at 45c heat your receptionist says we cannot provide RO water, only you can purchase. When you purchase you get chilled water but complimentary water bottle is at room temperature! When I ask the other person at reception later for RO, he was good said sir we do provide very sheepishly as if owner will punish. I am a believer of sustainable living and reuse my own bottles or whenever I could and this is the first time in any Hotel I was pushed to purchase. Basement fixtures were leaking too last time. Pathetic."

"FabHotels is fraud agency. Think 100 times before booking from Fab Hotel and RR Residency I booked this Hotel from Fab Hotels (Person Name-Shyam) for my team, he booked it with Free breakfast. At the time of check when one my teammate they denied for checkin and told to increase fair. Later after 10 calls, Fab Hotel increase fair from there side. At evening at the time of checkin they told to pay full amount. I tried calling Shyam but he didn't responded. Then I called Fab support and they also told to pay full amount then only they allowed and also free breakfast was not considered. I emailed couple of time and said it is resolved but it wasn't. I talked to hotel owner and he said Shyam booked his hotel without his concent on fair and he has to trouble guest by not allowing checkin because he need more money for the room. In hotel room also Gyser was not working and water was not there in morning when we need to ready for office. Very disappointed with Fab Hotel service, RR hotel and worst part and worst person is Shyam who created all this mess and not answering calls. I wont recommand this Fab Hotels and RR Hotel to anybody. Worst experience"

"The stay was fine...but the issue is with FAB support team.......i clearely mentioned my requirement and the on call person confirmer me on call...i have WhatsApp chat as well. But when i reached hotel, they denied and i gave ro sit outside for 2.5 hours to get into room. If there is no availability you can directly deny......keep it simple that directly contact with hotel staff why you are acting as a mediator if you don't have any control on the property. Worst experience with FAB hotel...eill never use it in future. Neither I will recommend to anyone. It's was more than worst!!"

"It was nice staying in RR Residency, it's around only 1.5 km from Sikanderpur Metro station and nearby the expressway. The rooms were near and clean along with all the facilities required for a hotel stay. The morning breakfast choice can be increased and taste can be improvised. Would recommend to not stay in Basement rooms as there is no network available in the area. Wifi works perfectly and provides a very good internet speed everywhere. TV remote was not working in the room where I stayed."

Small gestures such as helping with calling a Doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. For example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything."
