I came out of hotel with swelling all over my both arms and some part of my back due to poisnous mosquitos in the room. The room was not clean and they dont change bedsheets regulary. Small gestures such as helping with calling a Doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. For example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything."
