"As breakfast was complimentary, they didn't provided us. When demanded they were telling just like they are helping us. Firstly room.rent was Rs.1300 Per day but when reached at A One Residency their behavior was not good didn't provide room arranged room in another place but charged 2500 per day. So REFUND the breakfast amount as well extra room.charges"

"Absolutely horrible, the staff, the room, the amenities provided, everything was so poorly done. They don't even care to fix the issues in their hotel even on repeated complaints. The AC does not work, the tap leaks, the door lock is broken. We were two guests yet they provided a single towel and when asked, they replied so rudely. Is this the way you treat your customers? On calling the owner for help, he doesn't pickup and all he does is watch world cup."

"Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. Small gestures such as helping with calling a Doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. For example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything."
