The location of the property is great. Right at the center of the city. The staff were also polite.

We really had a pleasant stay. Its a neat and clean property,staff was very helpful.

Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. Small gestures such as helping with calling a Doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. For example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything.

They're just an ordinary hotel with a lot of issues. A staff member came knocking over my door at midnight explaining why he couldn't deliver the remote for AC. Unprofessional.

I was Not happy with the stay..I feel I was overcharged for the Facilities that were not available. Hence please plan to issue a Refund
