Very friendly staff, proactive and helpfull. I am talking here about all the staff I interacted with: reception desk, restaurant, romm service. The informations receied were always correct and I felt safe. The room was comfortable and clean. Great value for the money.

Food was excellent and their managers in restaurant were very helpful in my Hotel. Due to fast, my wife wanted some different fruits , which were not on table. Same was provided promptly without Any extra charge. Good variety of breads were available for vegetarians also, which was helpful as some of our family members are strictly vegetarian

Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. Small gestures such as helping with calling a Doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. For example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything.

Very friendly staff esp at checkin & restaurant. Could not have been more helpful. Excellent rooms which were very spacious. Great housekeeping. Outstanding in all respects. quiet retreat away from the hustle & Bustle of city.

They're just an ordinary hotel with a lot of issues. A staff member came knocking over my door at midnight explaining why he couldn't deliver the remote for AC. Unprofessional.

As breakfast was complimentary, they didn't provided us. When demanded they were telling just like they are helping us. Firstly room.rent was Rs.1300 Per day but when reached at A One Residency their behavior was not good didn't provide room arranged room in another place but charged 2500 per day. So REFUND the breakfast amount as well extra room.charges

Generally I avoid giving negative views. But just to help other customers, please don’t ever book this. No lift. Dirty rooms. Geyser does not work. Horrible service…

I was Not happy with the stay..I feel I was overcharged for the Facilities that were not available. Hence please plan to issue a Refund

Absolutely horrible, the staff, the room, the amenities provided, everything was so poorly done. They don't even care to fix the issues in their hotel even on repeated complaints. The AC does not work, the tap leaks, the door lock is broken. We were two guests yet they provided a single towel and when asked, they replied so rudely. Is this the way you treat your customers? On calling the owner for help, he doesn't pickup and all he does is watch world cup.
