The rooms are A1, it gives a beautiful vibe in there and bout the service, that are 2 good the service is the best and the ppl around who works there are pretty good they are kind, so I kindly request you guys to visit this peak stay goa near pundalik Nagar porvorim it is the best and with a great rooms

Nice Hotel at Porvorim for stay in north goa, bagha beach is 10 km far , calungute beach is 8 km far, panjim is 5 km far, dambolim airport is 28 km far, mopa airport is 30 km far, so if you will visit north goa ,you will stay here for long time , such a nice place and wonderful and very humble staff, I like it this hotel in Porvorim for stay ,

I really liked the professional attitude and the personal touch of the staff to make my stay much more comfortablr that id expected.

The rooms are very basic and do not meet the standards shown in the pictures on the FAB website. The furniture is too old and need repair urgently. The bedsheets and pillows were stained and smelled unpleasant. The bed is very old and caused back pain, so serious updates are needed. The overall experience is very bad pathetic hotel stay.
