"Worst experience with Fab Express Holiday Suites in South Goa. There was no one to help us upon arrival at midnight 12, and the property was under construction. The place was so stinky and rats everywhere. Vikas from reservations team who suggested this hotel and took advance payment was so rude and disconnected our calls after our 12-hour journey in heavy rain. Fab Hotels has terrible customer service. Never recommending! #FabHotels #Goa #fabexpressholidaysuites"

We arrived earlier than expected by a few hours and our room was prioritised in terms and we were able to check in early free of charge. "Very disappointed with Fab. After paying advance amount and getting booking confirmation, I drove 600 kms with my 83 Yr old father and after arriving there I was told that my booking is not done in The Kings Court. I was placed in another hotel which did not have lift and also was not at all 3 star hotel. With such a bad experience and rude behavior of customer service staff, Never in my life I am going to book with Fab."

"(1) If you are going to book after hearing the name of the fab hotel, think again. Fab is the only suffix they use. So don't go by the name of the fab hotel. (2) Due to non-availability of hot water, young children had to bathe with cold water. (3) TV channel is not working at all as they don't pay the TATA sky rent. They change after our request. Means they don't check. (4) The front desk person is very arrogant while asking a query. (5) They misguide us on Google maps that they accept UPI or credit cards. But they don't accept it."

The bedsheets and pillows were stained and smelled unpleasant. The bed is very old and caused back pain, so serious updates are needed. The overall experience is very bad pathetic hotel stay."

"Rooms(2 stars): Rooms were just about average. The mattress was also very old, you feel disappointed the moment you sit on it. The extra mattress they provided was also very lumpy, old & thin and 2-3 baby cockroaches came complementary with the mattress. Very disappointed with sleeping arrangements overall. Only the Ac, Gieser and Power backup ware working fine and I gave them full 2 stars just for the same. Room Service(-5 stars if i had an option for negative marking): Room Service or any Service will only come at standard delay of atleast 30 min. If you want it faster, they will respond by 25th-26th min after you had quarreled 3-4 times for it. Resturant: it's there in the premises and the food I ordered was a parcel and was good. But we did not order anything else because of their very poor service. Location(5 stars): is a big advantage, less than 5 min walk to the beach and Titos lane. So overall, I would not pick this hotel ever again on my subsequent visits and would not recommend it to any of my known people."

"one of the worst hotel i had ever seen. I accidentally booked this hotel for stay by paying advance 1 month before after saw the pics of the room they send. When I reached there first problem started with the parking space. We two family came by 2 innova. There is no space to park our car. Ok that we can adjust. 2. They want full money first. Then only they will allow to see or enter the room. 3. The rooms are not painted properly. Very bad smell and dust and bedsheets not washed. I will add photos. 4. AC not working. 5. No drinking water they provided. Also no hot water to shower. 6. Swimming pool containing some oily and food particles. Not at all clean. 7. The front office staffs are very bad behaviour. 8. Not safe for ladies. 9. Morning breakfast is very bad. 10. No wifi. Don't book this hotel The worst hotel of north goa."

"Hotel was overpriced for what it is. My room had no kettle, no handsoap in bathroom, iron was broken and no AC remote. I asked for an AC remote and a kettle to be given which both were. Problem was AC remote was taken from the room next door and didn't work. I was left with the choice of being too hot or too cold all night. The bathroom wasn't clean when I arrived, flies in the sink and what looked like rodent feces. The pillows were exposed through the pillow covers and were definitely not clean, brown pillows are not a good look.. I also asked for coffee and water to be given to the room and after 3 days I was still waiting. I'd not recommend this hotel, the pictures are either very old or intentionally deceiving. Only positive is the wifi was better than the hotel I was in prior"
