Though the room and toilet were clean, the bed and linen were not. The place has no lift. After requesting multiple times, they helped with lifting one suitcase to our room on 2nd floor. Location is good though, with cozy restaurants around. Limited parking space. Okay place to stay for a night.
No toiletries. No blankets. Duvet cover was used as bed sheets. 1 towel and 2 pillows for 3 people. Extremely noisey. Broken furniture. No housekeeping. No lift and no staff to help with the luggage. Dirty old rooms with cobwebs. No bedside table or fridge or any table to have food. Broken tiles in the swimming pool. My daughter cut her toe because of that. Furniture was placed in such a manner that we could only open 1 side of the cupboard. When we arrived we were told the hotel was full and that we didn't have a reservation. The staff who was wearing a cap was very rude and uncooperative and didn't give us a proper explanation. We did get the rooms in the end after so much hassle and having to wait in the heat after travelling all night. Even 1 star hotels have better standards. Food was left out in the corridor for hours and there were stray cats meowing outside our room which was on the 2nd floor. There was even a dog outside our room on 1 occasion. There was water leaking on the corridor floor. This was the worst experience I've had in the 25 years I have been travelling and it is my first and last experience with fab hotels for sure so u can take back the fab credits as I will never stay at fab hotels and will ensure to tell everyone I know, about my experience. It was the worst hotel ever and the experience was made worse by the uncourteousness and lack of interest of the staff, especially the man wearing the cap. I wouldnt stay even if I was paid to.
Your customer care executive spoke rudely, while we were expressing our frustration. She asked us to leave the property & post asking her refund for same she said no guarantee. Train your staff, remind them they are customer care executive & not property owner. While we remember that we are guest & not your employee
Terrible Experience - Do Not Stay Here! I recently stayed at this hotel and had the worst experience imaginable. First of all, while walking with our daughter, stray dogs ran after her, and not a single staff member cared to assist. The lack of concern for guest safety was appalling. The room itself was a complete disaster. The bed wasn’t made, the sheets were dirty, and no new bedsheets or pillows were provided. The pillow covers were torn, and the entire room smelled of dust and neglect. When we requested a fresh bedsheet, the staff had the audacity to argue with us, claiming they didn’t have enough helpers to meet our needs. The overall service was disgraceful, and the staff were rude and dismissive. If you value your comfort, safety, and basic hygiene, avoid this place at all costs. This is by far the worst hotel I’ve ever encountered. Don’t waste your money here!
