1 AverageRoom is not available at the time of check-in. we booked a suit room but they given us a normal ac room. after this we showed the booking details of suit room, then they initiated the cleanup of suit room for us, this wasted our almost 1 hour. we compramised these things, but this undestanding was waste, the suit room allocated to us, was not upto the mark. washroom smelling badly, bathtub was not clean and having multiple stains. most of the things in room and washroom are broken and repaired with multiple patches, which never gave us a fill of premium suit room. normal ac rooms are far better than this. we politely requested other room better than this, they have empty suit room but still manager said all rooms are booked. then suddenly owner and manager changed their way of talking like if u dont like u can check out, and chess with fab service about refund. i didnt get these things as we have already wasted our 1 hour and now they are saying cancel it we dont have better rooms. at the time of booking in room dining, mineral water etc services are available. but while checkin they said only one water bottle a day is free other are paid and in room dining is not available. never go for this hotel. hotel is not well maintained, swimming pool is very dirty. even they provides water bottle with broken seal, when we asked they said its ro water that we have now. pathetic experience. dont go for this hotel.Suhas Aher, 27 Nov
