    "I am giving a 5 rating because, overall, it was a good experience staying in the RASA. Rooms are well furnished, arranged and cleaned. The staff members are equally kind and ready to help. Surely, I will recommend you this if you are looking for a hotel in Ghaziabad. PS: Rooms are a little bit expensive, according to me."

    "Fabhotel is a scam. And this is not my statement, it was the statement of the receptionist. Tie up between between the hotel and Fab Hotels is not working at all and Hotel guys discarded all the promises made by Fab customer service and also made fun of it. The morning reception was a little better and tried to make up for the damage to the relation already done. Rooms - Atleast the one I booked was really bad. I got a chance to look at the other rooms later and they were better. Service - Night service pathetic.Morning service Good. Would I recommend it? Definitely not!!!!!!"

    "The experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The receptionist, named Karan, who was on duty at night, behaved very rudely with the customers. He was glaring and speaking in a disrespectful manner. Such behavior is unacceptable in any hotel. The staff here does not treat guests well, and the overall stay was far from pleasant."
