    "It should renamed as FabDharamshala, I opted for breakfast inclusive booking. But no such on time facility was there. Breakfast is available after 10:30 am. :( Too disappointing. I asked for allout as there was too much mosquito in the room, received it after 3-4 calls and 2 hours later. I don't expected too much service in given price. But even basic services was not there. If you want to have breakfast on time like at 8 or 9 am you have to go out because they will not allow you to use swiggy or zomato instead. So its even less than a DHARAMSHALA. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTING"

    "A potential place with horrible staff, starting with receptionist she's (Named sweta ) the rudest one i have ever met with and the fun part is she was a receptionist in another hotel named Rasa Arcade and there too she was like this only i stopped visiting that place becauseof her and now this too. She made us wait despite advance notice of early check in at 11 and allotted rooms to other guests who came after us. Room was clean, food was good but toilet seat was broken, flush was not working and water supply was very low. Location too is very hard to find."

    "Fabhotel is a scam. And this is not my statement, it was the statement of the receptionist. Tie up between between the hotel and Fab Hotels is not working at all and Hotel guys discarded all the promises made by Fab customer service and also made fun of it. The morning reception was a little better and tried to make up for the damage to the relation already done. Rooms - Atleast the one I booked was really bad. I got a chance to look at the other rooms later and they were better. Service - Night service pathetic.Morning service Good. Would I recommend it? Definitely not!!!!!!"

    "The experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The receptionist, named Karan, who was on duty at night, behaved very rudely with the customers. He was glaring and speaking in a disrespectful manner. Such behavior is unacceptable in any hotel. The staff here does not treat guests well, and the overall stay was far from pleasant."

    "Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. Small gestures such as helping with calling a Doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. For example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything."
