They changed me to 200/- extra to align room. and didn't give a water bottle.

I was given a out of order room. ac was not working, room was not cleaned properly, they did not change the room, i had to checkoit from the hotel and booked other hotel. after the fake promises now hotel is not even refunding my hard earned money. worst experience never ever reccomend to anyone. also do not book it theough fab hotel . they will also not help you.

Very good service, staff behaviour was awesome, tarif jitni bhi kru vo kam hai, but kuchh kami bhi thi, jaise ac not working, is summer season me bhi heavy blanket, please check your policy for same. but overall experience was so good

The room was always absolutely clean, and the housekeeping staff was always smiling and always kind when coming to my room. staff at the reception was kind and really helpful. they were able to solve all our problems, from ordering a pizza until booking airplane tickets. the hotel also offer a good service in its travel desk.

Very well maintained hotel and rooms. all the staff were very friendly and courteous. we arrived earlier than expected by a few hours and our room was prioritised in terms and we were able to check in early free of charge. this was very helpful and appreciated as we were quite tired after a long flight.

When we walked into the hotel we were immediately given a warm welcome which was particularly nice after travelling so far. our room was very comfortable. the restaurant was superb and the staff could not do enough for us. food was very good and the choice was amazing.
