"Food was excellent and their managers in restaurant were very helpful. Due to fast, my wife wanted some different fruits , which were not on table. Same was provided promptly without Any extra charge. Good variety of breads were available for vegetarians also, which was helpful as some of our family members are strictly vegetarian"

"The hotel staff only provided 2 limited one time option for breakfast, and it was brought from an outside food lorry, quality was worst. I ordered two aloo parathas as it was strictly said by hotel receptionist that only single serving will be done per person."

"Overall, my stay at the hotel was pleasant, but there were a few issues. Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful, which made the experience comfortable, except for one person (possibly a manager) who spoke a bit rudely during check-in. Apart from that, everything went smoothly. However, I did find some ants on the bed, and the room lacked proper ventilation, which was a bit of a drawback. On the positive side, I absolutely loved the hotel's mini garden. In the evening, the sound of birds chirping was incredibly peaceful and satisfying. If the room ventilation and cleanliness improve, it would be a fantastic stay."

"The hotel is nothing like in the photos. The rooms are dingy and musty with no windows and require the fan and AC to be switched on for 10-15 minutes for the smell to clear. There is no kitchen/restaurant on the premises but some 100 metres away. So even a cup of tea can take as long as half an hour to arrive. I was also told the terrace is not open to guests.The only positive was that it was close to Mahatma Mandir, where I had some work. I'll not be staying here ever again."

"Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. Small gestures such as helping with calling a Doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. For example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything."

"Feels like a scam. They're using the names of fabhotels, yet not even providing basic amenities like drinking WATER. We visited Ahmedabad for a conference and Even after paying extra for early check-in, there was no water and electricity in the hotel for many hours. The linen were all used and dirty. Worst experience. We had to shift. Highly disappointed."

"The room was always absolutely clean, and the housekeeping staff was always smiling and always kind when coming to my room. Staff at the reception was kind and really helpful. They were able to solve all our problems, from ordering a pizza until booking airplane tickets. The hotel also offer a good service in its travel desk."

"Very well maintained hotel and rooms. All the staff were very friendly and courteous. We arrived earlier than expected by a few hours and our room was prioritised in terms and we were able to check in early free of charge. This was very helpful and appreciated as we were quite tired after a long flight."
