enterence light from ground floor to 2 nd floor was poor.. A/c vet was not working properly. If you want start the geyser then you have to switched off the AC.. No minral water in the room...they gave normal water in the Kinley bottel . .... in the

Rooms were a good size and nicely furnished. It was very quiet, barely any noise from outside except for the occasional wedding nearby. The bed was excellent quality, I slept well the whole trip. Also as a solo female traveler, I felt very safe and comfortable.

The hotel is beautifully located on the main street. Rooms are super clean and staff is very well behaved. The hotel is absolutely worth staying.

The basic was a complete broken unit. The receptionist has no answer or alternate arrangement. Also had no consideration for the difficulty faced.

Terrible Experience – Avoid This Hotel! I had the worst experience with this property. I made my payment two months in advance, even before booking my concert tickets, just to ensure my stay was sorted. Up until the day of check-in, my booking was confirmed, and they had my money the entire time. And we booked this property via Make My Trip. However, when I arrived at the hotel, they denied my check-in! No prior notice, no explanation—just a straight-up refusal. After months of holding my money and confirming my stay, they left me stranded at the last minute. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Stay away unless you want to risk losing your money and being left without a room at the last minute.

The worst! They cancelled our booking without speaking to us even after advance booking, we somehow managed to get accommodation there and then the door knob was broken which did not get fixed even after we informed, bathroom super unhygienic
