"I have stayed 2 nights because of my family relocation purpose. The hotel is clean and well maintained. The staff is a little rude but you have to deal with the same as low budget hotels. The receptionist was nice to us and helped us for our stay. You can find a restaurant, market, banks just below the hotel."

"Very poorly managed hotel. Rooms have a bad odour, even cigarette smell from AC ducts at night. Poor cleanliness. No running hot water. Bad quality mattresses, had neck pain after a single night's sleep. Don't expect even a towel or water bottle if you stay here. Water leakage in corridors. Average food quality at high prices. Better to spend a little more and stay at better hotels nearby."

"Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. Small gestures such as helping with calling a Doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. For example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything."
