    "The hotel is third class and better book s dhaba u dont know why fab hotel is spoiling its brand by having such hotel under its umbrella ! Stay is Pathetic and will request the guest not to book hotel even if they will offer you 100% discount . Have booked the hotel for 11 night but checked out in the morning itself . Request fab hotel to cancelled the booking refund my amout else will take up this matter to the appropriate forum"

    "I have stayed 2 nights because of my family relocation purpose. The hotel is clean and well maintained. The staff is a little rude but you have to deal with the same as low budget hotels. The receptionist was nice to us and helped us for our stay. You can find a restaurant, market, banks just below the hotel."

    "I'm not happy with the service for several reasons: 1. There was no telephone in the room to contact reception. We had to go directly to request anything, even though the booking site mentioned that rooms included a telephone, towels, bath soap, etc. The reality was different. 2. I booked a deluxe room with breakfast included, but at checkout, I received a bill that included charges for breakfast. I specifically selected a room that stated breakfast was included. 3. We also had to pay for water. 4. The biggest issue was the long wait time for food. Once we ordered breakfast or dinner, we had to wait up to an hour, and even then, we had to remind them every 30 minutes to receive our order. Overall, this experience was very disappointing."

    "1 - breakfast was terrible.. they only give two parathas per person (not mentioned anywhere on the site) 2 - staf was horrible and full of street's boys attitude. They were using towels to clean the washroom seat. 3- While leaving the room they ask everytime if we switched off the fan or AC or not.. (not etiquettes to customer) 4 - bed sheets were horrible. I told them to change it so the boy bring two sheets from store and pu that outside of my room...I asked why you drop that on the floor atleast put that on some stand...he said we usually do like this. 5- When I complained about all of this to MMT, they are ready to give breakfast but now they said butter will be chargeable I complained again to MMT then they said butter was finished in the kitchen so WE have to buy from outside. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE experience..First time tried fabhotels and now will never book this chain. NEVER"

    "Do not stay at this hotel, its horrible, disgusting, unused hotels, untidy & don't book the hotel, they will say its refundable and they willalso create drama like only 2 rooms available and while booking they will say, so n so facilities are available and in reality its nothing as such, after getting ur phone number, they will start their scam calls and loot all ur money. And if u call the hotel person he won't communicate properly nor pick up the call and there won't be any refunds. Everyone who is working there is a fraud. Kindly, save yourself and avoid this hotel."

    "Never book this hotel through Fab hotel. Book it directly. You will get a much better price. The tarrif is 1000 but through Fab it's 1500. And lots of lies. Ther is no lift, rude behaviour and unprofessional staff. The hotel is amidst a waste dump the location is remote and horrible."

    "While booking they told that the complimentary breakfasts will be provided and i have paid some extra for this. But at the hotel, they were not ready to provide breakfast. After talking the the same they gave one cup of tea only. Washroom and curtains were not in good condition."

    "The room was horrible, completely different from the pictures online. Rooms were not cleaned in ages, linens were dirty and stained. bathroom fixtures were broken and dirty. Just a completely horrible experience, we checked out in less than 3 hours."

    "Rooms are totally out of maintenance Initially I got one room which was less smelly but it had bathroom door knob missing And hence full hole was there. Later, I got it changed and got a room which was not even clean. Small washroom, bleech smell, broken fan regulator, broken AC. There was a room just beside the reception in which people were roaming around in underwear with doors open. And if you ignore all that and try to just take rest you will find bedbugs on the bed and in the middle of the night you will just wake up with rashes on you body. Kill few bedbugs and then wait for the night to be over just so that you can leave this room."
