"Rooms are not as they are shown in the photos. Amenities were old and not available. The rooms were not clean. Bedsheets and blankets were very old and unclean. The only good part is the location. It's not worth it enough."

"Worst hotel I’ve ever been to. They have hired under-aged kids as workers. Owner was not available for the 2 days we have been there. No management, for any small thing you have to call atleast 10 times. No water, no electricity, no safety, no hygene, bathrooms were dirty, bed linen were dirty. People were drinking alcohol in the restaurant and and throwing beer cans and cigerette buds in our balcony and playing loud music till midnight. Despite multiple warning, no one was responding from the management. Even the Fabhotel customer care was unresponsive. We went there on a family vacation and did not feel safe at all. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL."

"Friends I have booked first time trough FanHotel. It was poor experience. stay was not comfortable. Too much smell in wash room & room. Too much smell in beding. Metreses not comfortable. They have not provided odonil. Towels were not washed properly. Location is also not good. Room interior not maintained properly. I have spoiled my holiday here. I planned to stay 2-3 days here but I decided to leave this place with one day."

"Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. Small gestures such as helping with calling a Doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. For example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything."

"The room was always absolutely clean, and the housekeeping staff was always smiling and always kind when coming to my room. Staff at the reception was kind and really helpful. They were able to solve all our problems, from ordering a pizza until booking airplane tickets. The hotel also offer a good service in its travel desk."

"Very well maintained hotel and rooms. All the staff were very friendly and courteous. We arrived earlier than expected by a few hours and our room was prioritised in terms and we were able to check in early free of charge.
