It was a great experience with KK Residency, check-in was very easy, staff was helpful. Also, the stay made us feel at home, there were very nice flower pots outside, overall it was good

I stayed at this hotel it was amazing experience. Service - Amazing service within a second they will assist you. Food- Food was good. Room- room was decent and yes neat and very clean fresh linen and super clean washroom. Overall it was amazing experience and very humble staff. Best budget hotel in this area and amazing experience.

Very well maintained hotel and rooms. All the staff were very friendly and courteous. We arrived earlier than expected by a few hours and our room was prioritised in terms and we were able to check in early free of charge. This was very helpful and appreciated as we were quite tired after a long flight.

The staff was very nice and they were very polite..... The room was awesome neat and clean.....every facility was there like at home. I must say everyone please go there....its really nice location and easy to reach. And its in under reasonable price.

One of the worst hotel, staff and Manager. I booked via brevistay site and shown confirm booking voucher to them but manager was not able to see and talk due to their issues with that site... And continue ask to cancel from that site... Very rude behaviour, I will not recommend anyone to visit this bullshit hotel and staff

One of the worst hotel staff and manager I have come across. When I was checking out from the hotel, I did the transaction via google pay and it failed but the money got debited. The hotel staff mentioned sir we have not received any money and please pay via cash, your online money would be returned if it is with us. I paid cash and now it has been more than a month and the manager Rajesh is not ready to return my amount and has even blocked my number. Such a cheap mentality of a person I have never seen who runs such a big hotel.

Worst service. They were no current in the room, no mirror , no waters and many such things. Literally frustrated with their behaviour and service.
