Everything was clean and super good. This hotel is highly highly recommended because of the stuff (Mr. Goyal). He is such a nice person and took care of everything. While taking care of the brand, hotel, cleanliness and all requirements, he went above and beyond in terms of providing the best time at the stay. I would love to stay here again.

My booking was made on CPAI (Room + Breakfast + Taxes) but the hotel staff denied of providing the breakfast as they said that they haven't got any instructions from Fab Hotels for the breakfast. This is really unprofessional. I contacted the customer representative (Md. Saifi) who processed my booking but instead of helping, he gave me another no. and asked me to call at that number. For a breakfast, I can't keep on calling here and there. It's really unprofessional. Fab Hotels should refund my breakfast amount which they charged extra.

Worst and Pathetic Hotel Services” All travellers please don't waste your money and time in searching this property in mussoorie which is simply a hoax and photos on the site are simply cheating which are nearly 5-10 years old....I visited on 28th Sept for 1 night with another family and Rooms we stayed were smelly,sticky,seepage in the bathroom door and room door,no paint on walls,tv,Phone and fan was not working staff have no manners to behave with their guests..No buffet or lunch dinner facilities from kitchen of this hotel..Our breakfast was served in our room after 01:15 hours later after several reminders when we ordered..Pathetic and worst hotels from FAB hotels ..Please immediately cancel your tie-up with these type of cheaters which named Hotel Royal Classic King's Mussoorie.No parking facility arrangement provided by them but luckily my car got parked in front of the hotel as I reached earlier,but it was in a very narrow lane and near to Mall road entry.Not recommended for any travellers and even I didn't get any support from FAB hotels customer care too after email them the photos.

We left after one day paying for three days. Rooms were dirty, damp. Wall chips were coming out. Monkey attacked windows. Pathetic.

Poor Service and Fake Ratings: A Terrible Hotel Experience Here’s the translation: "We arrived at the hotel 2.5 hours before our check-in time, and they charged us a good amount of extra money but refused to give us a bill for it. When we entered the hotel room, the bedsheet, pillow cover, and quilt were all dirty. When we asked them to change them, they initially refused, and only after asking two or three times did they change them. The towels provided were torn and dirty, and the geyser was so bad that we had to bathe in cold water. The food was not only overpriced but also of very poor quality. Never book this hotel; its rating is fake."

Worst experience! The manager if this property is Illiterate, rude and very unprofessional. I was having a number of problems in the room like no socket was working, flush was not working, wifi was not working so i called him to solve the issues, instead of sorting out the problems he was like abhi ek minute me hotel khaali kar and he was very rude. I came at the reception and asked him that is this the way to talk, he was very much drunk and said haan aise hi hota hai abhi ke abhi room khaali kar.. I was there with my friends so we managed and checked out but what if i was there with my family? The manager needs to learn manners and stop being drunk on duty. If the owner see this review i request you check the cctv footage of your reception of yesterday around 8pm. i will never recommend this property to anyone.

The hotel charged us very high rates for a room with balcony and view. But gave us a small room with no balcony. Upon asking, they said either take it or cancel the booking. They didn't provide any toiletries. When asked they said they will get a shampoo satchet from the nearest shop. They had confirmed about vehicle parking but we were made to park on the roadside. Non-vegetarian food was not available. There are no hangers or holders in the bathroom. No handwash as the handwash bottle is broken. The stay was pathetic, but I had to take it as all other hotels were full for the Christmas holidays.
