My recent stay at FabHotel City Palace near Dehradun Railway Station was a satisfactory experience. The hotel's location is undoubtedly convenient for travelers, offering easy access to transportation facilities. The staff was generally polite and helpful, contributing to a pleasant atmosphere. However, the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel left room for improvement, and some areas showed signs of wear and tear. The room, though adequately furnished, lacked certain amenities that one might expect in a hotel of this category. While the stay was decent for a short visit, enhancements in cleanliness and room amenities would elevate the overall guest experience. A three-star rating reflects a middling yet acceptable stay at FabHotel City Palace.

Food was excellent and their managers in restaurant were very helpful. Due to fast, my wife wanted some different fruits , which were not on table. Same was provided promptly without Any extra charge. Good variety of breads were available for vegetarians also, which was helpful as some of our family members are strictly vegetarian

Excellent service provided by the hotel staff. Especially the staff from 24/7 where we had our lunch & dinner we had excellent food with an excellent service. Me and family really liked the hotel, the rooms were well maintained with comfy beds. Will recommend my friends to stay here if they are visiting Jaipur.

Very well maintained hotel and rooms. All the staff were very friendly and courteous. We arrived earlier than expected by a few hours and our room was prioritised in terms and we were able to check in early free of charge. This was very helpful and appreciated as we were quite tired after a long flight.

We stayed here to attend marriage in family on 27th Nov 2023 and were impressed with Front desk team who go out of way to extend help. Well maintained rooms and nice spread for breakfast. We certainly would like to stay again during our next trip.

When we walked into the hotel we were immediately given a warm welcome which was particularly nice after travelling so far. Our room was very comfortable. The restaurant was superb and the staff could not do enough for us. Food was very good and the choice was amazing.

there was water logging in washroom, there were ants in all the room they even came on bed. and staff wasnt professional, i asked for cold water he told me to bring your bottle and fill up by your own from the water cooler.

Flush not working everything was ridiculous

I mean where to start? First of all I landed in dehradun late in night at 11pm ,it was raining .. this hotels calls tells they can't take the checkin due to some electricity issue transfers me to some other property 3 kms further .. After reaching the property , I was shellshocked as the rooms were a complete nightmare ..I mean even the bachelor guys who stays alone keeps their room more clean than this.First of all there was no lock in my room .. I couldn't lock my room from inside.. Bathroom basins were dirty.. there were not a single toiletries present.. no towels no soaps .. nothing. There were huge bugs roaming on the floor .. They didn't even have the decency even to give a water bottle , for that too had ask them many times.. so much for welcome. The whole night felt like I was in a dirty prison . It was such a terrible experience that I had to checkout early at 7am and find another property myself walkng on the streets.. Guys do not choose this property even by mistake .. its a trap. It is a fraud and scam .. Never had such experience with FAB property.

I had a pathetic experience. I was told that my reservation is confirmed and when I reached the property late at night, I was told that the property is sold out. I was shifted to a different property which was not upto the mark. I had to fight a hell lot to get a decent room. Tried contacting fabhotel helpline and that was busy too and it didn't sort out my problem. Really disappointed and going to take this to consumer court.
