    "Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. Small gestures such as helping with calling a Doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. For example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything."

    "Very bad experience I felt after room booking from fab hotel. The hotel was not stay worthy in all respect. The functioning of front desk was not up to the mark. Every time it remain without person. You have to call upon them when it is necessary. The staircase used to enter room was very bad. The light on staircase remain switched off after 9 o’clock at night create so many problems. Hotel amenities as shown in the website not in accordance with the reality. It was very much disappointed hotel stay for one night. I have booked three rooms for 5 days, but I have been compelled to check out after one night."

    "Horrible experience at this place on 26th jun 2024. The rooms were not cleaned and full of cockroaches. The door of the room did not even have a lock and we were just told that ita broken. Washrooms were similar to public urinal standards. The beds were smelling and probably were not cleaned in a long time."
