    "The worst experience of Dehradun life time. Managing Staff are burglars. Facilities 0 Behaviour 0 Cleanliness 0 Be carefull and take everything in written from the so called hosting staff if any of your emergency dragged you by chance in this hell place of Nonsense people's."

    "The staff behaviour is the worst. They will try to scam you through multiple ways. Charged me half day rent for a late checkout of only one hour. Had opted for their cab service for Rishikesh where SUV was requested and agreed upon, but at the last moment they brought a small CNG sedan at the rate of SUV for FIVE PEOPLE WITH LUGGAGE. How were five people going to fit into that with so much of luggage? Real looters here. The property is disgusting as well. It is not connected to drainage system so everyday a truck sucks up all the human waste. It gets really smelly. YOU WILL DEFINITELY FIND A BETTER PROPERTY THAN THIS. Spend a few more money if needed to, but don’t take your chances here."

    "Wrost experience in dehradun... We have booked a double bed room , and the receptionist said that rooms are cleaned but when we entered the room then we saw that the bedsheet is so dirty and have some big dirty spots on it. I asked the management to change the bedsheet or shift the room But they didn't.... Washroom is also not cleaned after used.. The intercom and T.V are not working as well... If we want something,so I have to go down and ask them.... So i'll prefer that if you are in Kargi Chowk,so please don't book rooms in this hotel....."

We arrived earlier than expected by a few hours and our room was prioritised in terms and we were able to check in early free of charge. They were having extra spare bed and blanket but refused to give us ........... Our guest woke up all night without room ...... I want to tell them as in marriage function you didnt know how many guest will arrive ..... So they should need to co-operate....."
