Room had a lot of stains and cobweb. it had intermittent electricity supply. no proper cleaning. i had to leave the hotel in 3 hrs, because it was unbearable.

Very well maintained hotel and rooms. all the staff were very friendly and courteous. we arrived earlier than expected by a few hours and our room was prioritised in terms and we were able to check in early free of charge. this was very helpful and appreciated as we were quite tired after a long flight.

One of the worst experience till date. i booked this hotel due to it being a fab property but found it below any of the expectation. lift was broken, no geyser, no intercom, flush also was not working in bathroom. service was also very poor and room were very also not clean. on ordering dinner they themselves ordered from outside. only thing working was ac. totally ruined the mood. i understand every one want to earn living but this was just negligence from management.

I have been regular to this property and excellent property. very well trained and friendly staff. sparkling clean hotel. excellent food and room service is quick. room size is big with big toilet and shower area.
