    "Very very bad experience. We booked 2 rooms in which one was deluxe (2400/-) and other one premium (3900/-) via online mode. But both the rooms were same like deluxe room. No difference between premium and deluxe rooms. Agent, Vinay Mourya cheated us. He didn't address our calls when we tried to connect after realising that they cheated us. The hotel has poor parking facility and we were asked to park at the roadside."

    "I had a terrible experience staying at this hotel. There was no WiFi connectivity at room, no people at reception to contact at night. I parked my vehicle in their provided parking area and on next day when after checkout I saw scratches on my car. I spoke to the receptionist available and got a very irresponsible reply. He didn't even check the situation of my car. Later I spoke to their manager and the reply I got was we cannot do anything about this. Such a pathetic service. Will never recommend this hotel to anyone else."
