      "@fabhotel @snowdrophotel Terrible experience. This is not a hotel. FabHotels and the hotel owner are misleading customers. Please don't book with FabHotels without seeing the room first. I made the mistake of booking before checking the room, and it was filthy. The hotel staff were rude, and when I requested a refund after seeing the room, they deducted ₹300 as a processing fee. FabHotels should partner with genuine and well-maintained properties."
